On Thursday, March 17, 2022, the Supreme Court and the Court of Cassation of France jointly hosted Webinar on Open Data of Judicial Decisions and Protection of Personal Data using Artificial Intelligence.
The webinar’s topic reflects great interest of the French judiciary on the advanced online open judgment service and personal information protection measures of the Korean courts.
The Supreme Court made presentation on the online open judgment service system, anonymization process and future plans.
Taking this opportunity, the Supreme Court and the Court of Cassation promised to take their cooperative relationship to the next level through continued sharing of knowledge and information.
