Internship Program Announcement (2026)

The Bureau of International Cooperation, National Court Administration of the Supreme Court of Korea, 

is currently accepting applications for internships to be undertaken in the summer of 2026.

The internships are to be undertaken in-person at the Supreme Court Building in Seoul, 

Republic of Korea.

The internship program allows highly-motivated law students to bring new perspectives, 

innovative ideas into the National Court Administration, while also enhancing their legal skills 

in an international environment.

The program is to provide interns with the opportunity to contribute to the preparation process 

for the The 20th Conference of Chief Justices of Asia and the Pacific (2026)

which will be hosted by the Supreme Court of Korea on September 15-19 2026, Seoul.

The Conference of Chief Justices of Asia and the Pacific is a biennial event where Chief Justices 

from the region gather to share insights on judicial systems and advancements in their countries. 

The conference aims to foster mutual understanding, maintain regional peace, 

and enhance judicial cooperation among participants.

The internship period is for 3-9 weeks, typically between July and September

depending on prevailing needs.


This internship is an UNPAID and full-time.

 

Application Requirements

Interns are selected on a competitive basis, positions are limited.

To apply for an internship, candidates must submit the following documents in English:

A Curriculum Vitae (CV)

Proof of current enrollment in a law degree program

A short cover letter explaining the applicant’s interest in the internship and indicating the period 

in which they would be available to undertake their internship.

 

Application period will commence on January 22 and end on March 31.
