  ¢Ã This visit marks the first top-level judicial exchange in the nearly four decades since the establishment of diplomatic relations between the two countries.   ¢Ã Chief Justice Jo Hee-de and Chief Justice Nguema Mikue exchanged perspectives on challenges within their respective judiciaries.
