Chief Justice YANG Sung-tae visited the Supreme Court of Indonesia and met with Dr. M. Hatta. Ali., S.H., M.H., the Chief Justice of Indonesia. The meeting was followed by a welcome luncheon hosted by the Chief Justice of Indonesia in honor of Chief Justice Yang. The occasion was very first official meeting to be held between the two heads of the respective Supreme Courts and is expected to serve as a stepping stone to further expand personnel and information exchanges as agreed during the official meeting between the Chief Justices of the two countries.

Chief Justice Yang also met with Prof Moh. Mahfud, the President of the Constitutional Court of Indonesia and shared discussions of respective judicial issues.
