Overview

The National Court Administration (NCA) and the Korean Association for Artificial Intelligence and Law (KAAIL) held a joint academic conference on Tuesday, February 3, 2026, at 14:00 at the Supreme Court. The conference’s theme was on "The Great AI Transformation of the Real Estate Registration System." 

This initiative builds on the Judiciary Artificial Intelligence Committee's efforts by introducing AI to real estate registration services closely tied to citizens' daily lives and property rights.

The event gathered judiciary, academia, real estate, and legal tech stakeholders for the first major discussion on AI's impact, vision, and challenges in real estate registration.
