¡¼Main Issue and Holding¡½ Whether white solid lines prohibiting drivers from shifting their routes on the road correspond to ¡°safety signals for prohibition of traffic¡± stipulated in Article 3(2)1 of the Act on Special Cases Concerning the Settlement of Traffic Accidents, and thus the drivers who caused traffic accidents by crossing the lines should be excluded from the application of the provision on the crime not prosecuted against objection as referred to in the main text of the above Article and the provision on special cases for insurance coverage stipulated in Article 4(1) of the same Act (negative)
