¡¼Main Issue and Holding¡½ Where any of the acts listed in Article 2 Subparag. 1 Items (a) through (e) of the Act on Punishment of Crime of Stalking is deemed sufficient to cause anxiety or fear to the other person who perceived the act from an objective and general perspective, whether such act constitutes an ¡°act of stalking¡± regardless of whether the other party actually perceived the act or felt anxiety or fear due to the act (affirmative) and, in such a case, the method for determining whether the act is objectively and generally deemed sufficient to cause anxiety or fear to the other person
